We are pleased to inform you of a new customer driven feature within your GossRSVP Account.
When you click on “Send Text Alert” you will find two new buttons.
“Archive All Active Users“ (This feature allows you to build an ongoing list of customers, while targeting specific “active” customers)
and
“Send To Everyone (archive included)”
Do not use these for your standard text alert programs, see the “?” next to the buttons for more details.
This new functionality will allow you to use a common text alert code for “Reoccurring Events” with different people. In addition, all the users can be sent a generic alert, and your print collateral can be the same for all events.
For instance, a text alert code can be created to be used at a trade show in April for a targeted group of people. During the Trade Show, various alerts are sent to the opted-in customers. The Text Alert program now has opted in customers to send generic alerts to about your company throughout the year. You can now use the “Archive All Active Users” button and archive this month’s opt-ins, and continue to re-establish new opt-ins at a later event to subsequently build your Text Alert list.
Then in May for example, you can use the same code at a different Trade show with different people and be able to send alerts to just this list of active opt-ins during the show.
Archiving can be done for weekly events or monthly events, or whatever time frame you wish.
When you want to send a Text Alert that would be applicable to all your customers throughout the year, then use the “Send To Everyone (archive included)” button.
